In 2013, the 35th year of the Robinson Center's longest-running program, the Early Entrance Program (EEP), our research team launched an in-depth survey to all our EEP alumni. After nearly two years and dozens of follow-up interviews, the quantitative and qualitative results have been collated. We are eager to share them with our community! Please join us on Saturday, February 21st from 1-4pm at the UW Club to celebrate the alumni of our center and review the fascinating findings based on their experiences both in our programs and continuing beyond. Among the refreshments to be served is our signature chocolate fountain! Please RSVP, or read more information Girls Embracing Math & Science (GEMS)Competition for girls in 3rd to 5th grade March 28, 2015 This competition is specifically tailored to this target audience. It is more focused on logic and concepts and less on formulas and speed of computation. We believe girls will identify with competitions such as this because of the way they think. This is the second year of GEMS. Last year, over 100 children from schools as far as Kent attended the competition and everyone really enjoyed it. We also had over 30 high school girls from all local school districts participating as volunteers.
