NWGCA Event Approval Form

This form is to be completed by NWGCA board members as part of the approval/communications process of a free community talk, paid community talk, NWGCA-organized event, conference or forum in Washington State, or a SENG Model Parent Group (SMPG). The form will be reviewed by the NWGCA executive committee and the information included on the form will be used by the NWGCA communications team to promote the event, as needed.
