Are you a SENG facilitator ready to start a group?  We will gladly advertise SENG groups in future newsletters--please let us know if you are starting one.

NW Gifted Child Association is entering a time of growth, and of change. With the new laws mandating highly capable programs for all grade levels, demand for our services and our conference is growing rapidly. In response, NWGCA must evolve as well. We are making several big changes:
  • We will host several regional half-day events each year instead of a full-day conference. The goal is to make it easier for people to attend, and to reduce the overhead in producing a single huge event.
  • We will connect with local parent groups throughout the state, help more parent groups get created, and do more outreach and talks through parent groups directly.
  • We are expanding our Board of Directors. If you are interested in serving on our Board, please contact us. We particularly are looking for representation outside the Seattle metro area - Bellingham, Olympia, eastern WA...  And we are particularly looking for skills in publishing our newsletter, revising our bylaws, advertising/promotions, membership chair, and acting as corresponding secretary. However, we are open to ideas, and would love to hear from you if you are interested.  Email president@nwgca.org
NWGCA will continue to grow and evolve to best serve you, the parents of gifted children throughout Washington state.
